Wans settled a dispute in New York Supreme Court

An American electronic products chain store ran into a dispute with a TV sets supplier in China late 2007. The American firm filed complaints in New York Supreme Court early 2008 for damages of loss of reputation and cost/expense, et cetera. Wans Law Firm LLP, in associate with New York DeHeng Law Firm LLC, to represent the supplier for this case. After nearly five years proceeding, the litigating parties settled the dispute last Friday, Nov, 1, 2013.
