Bestbuy lost its business name infringement claim

The World Top 500 and the top Home Electronic Appliance Retailer filed a complaint on business name infringement by a local Chinese company. The respondent was claimed and charged as using the same business name of Bustbuy and its corresponding Chinese. The first trial court found that Bestbuy’s claim has no merit both in terms of law and in terms of facts. Simon Lee, Shanxiao Hu and Lind D. May represented the respondent.
