Recently Wans Law Firm LLP picked up the Business License for a Britain client who intents to do trading business in China. The British client buys and exports a lot from China. Previously, foreigner or foreign company is prohibited to do trading of general merchandise, either domestic buy and sale or buy and export. Therefore,such foreign company has to engage some Chinese domestic company to buy and export.
