WLF represents Client for an arbitration under CIETAC

Chen Ning, Simon Lee and You Lei represent Client from North America for an arbitration under CIETAC Beijing

On August of 2007,  a client from North America retained Chen Ning, Simon Lee and You Lei to represent its Demand of Arbitration under China International Economic & Trade Arbitration Commission(CIETAC). The Client has a dispute with its Chinese customer. After long time negotiation and failure of amiable agreement, the Client had to file its Demand of Arbitration to CIETAC. British Law will be applied to dispute and English language is the working language. Now the arbitration has proceeded with material progress. Huge amount of respondent's cash in its bank was frozen.
