The Bulbs company solicited some low quality masks to ship as part one delivery, but failed to get high quality masks to deliver on time and on a reasonable delayed time.

When the supplier made quotations, it promised to return all and every single penny should it default the shipment. The promise turned to be a baloney. The buyer tried all efforts itself to get the supplier pay back the money for the high quality mask, but failed. Then, the buyer has no alternative but engaged lawyer to collect the money.
