During his teaching, he published two books: International Tax Law and Chinese External Tax Law. One of the books was awarded for best Law Books of Fujian in 1987.       His LLM program in the John Marshall Law School concentrated on Legal Aspects of International Business Transaction. This program enhanced Dr. Lee's Chinese Law expertise with knowledge and experience drawn from an American/ International perspective. Upon completion of the LLM program, Dr. Lee gained exposure to the American Law Practice as he worked for law firms in New York. This practice helped him to focus on skills and ethical fundamentals of American law practice. International clients can rely on these high standards in all dealings with Simon Lee and his associates.

The confidence he helped build as a communicator was followed by their signing agreement and contract necessary for the Joint-Venture Contracts, Articles of Incorporation, Technology License and Technical Service Contract, Trade Mark License.
